Payment Terms

A Streamline Payment Process for New and Existing Customers

Please read our payment terms:                                                                                 

• For all orders and regular trade customers, we require deposit paid to us when the order is placed, the amount will be agreed at the time of placement. The balance will become payable on completion of the order and prior to it’s shipment. Orders will only be shipped when the full payment has been made. 

• For first time trade customers we require full order amount to be paid prior to starting the order. For subsequent orders, a 75% of the total order amount with be required when the order is placed, an estimated order commencement date will be given soon after. Full payment will be required on completion of the order.

• Fabric/leather can be purchased by the customer or by us. If the customer requires us to purchase the fabric/leather, full payment will be required in advance for this service.
